Plant your leg and lift the other weight with the other arm. Put down the weight, then lift the opposite leg. Repeat for 10 reps. This exercise works out your core, arms and your glutes. Add extra reps or more weight as this exercise becomes easy.

2. Wood Chops With A Leg Lift

Grab a weight and hold it in between both hands. Hold it up high to one side and over your head, then swing it across the body towards the opposite hip. Twist the body and lift the opposite knee at the same time. Repeat for 10 reps, then start on the other side. This workout works the shoulders, obliques and glutes. As this workout becomes easier, add a heavier weight, or more reps.

3. Squat With Curls

Using two hand weights, stand with your weights in your hands and your legs hip-width apart, lower yourself down into a squat position, and then lift your weights to a curl position. You can add an extra move by pushing the weights out and pulling them back in. Raise yourself up to the starting position, then repeat the move. Repeat this move for 10 reps. This move works your glutes, thighs, arms and abs. Add more squats as it becomes easier.
